A nasty old man never comes out of his house. He barricades himself against the outside world with heavy iron gates. Every Halloween, however, a few foolhardy kids attempt to climb the walls. This year, the revellers are back and bolder than ever. Trouble is, the old man is guarded by ferocious attack dogs, who like nothing better than to rend human flesh asunder.
